This one is for all you haulers – The RMBLStrip-enabled Roof Deflector. 3% reduction in fuel costs and CO2 emissions, just like that!
Our patented software technology enables a self-regulated roof deflector that will adjust itself to the optimal position and save in average 3% in fuel costs and CO2 emissions for the hauler.
The solution uses big data analysis to understand how the air flow passes by the truck and uses that information to control the roof deflector without any need of manual adjustment for every new trailer connected to the truck. This saves time and money for the driver and the hauler.
We believe that regardless of our size, we can challenge the way value is created in the heavy truck industry. We believe we can make a true difference.
We believe we can do so by being more agile than the incumbents, by creating new ways to develop and test our products and to allow short time-to-market for the value we create.
We believe that we can do so by making use of road excitations to listen to existing sensor signals to figure out whether the vehicle is optimized or not. Such road excitations can come from the roughness of the road, rumble strips or even the air that flow around the vehicle.
RMBLStrip is pronounced Rumble Strip. Rumble strips are a road safety feature to alert inattentive drivers of potential danger of diverging from a safe direction, by causing a tactile vibration and audible rumbling transmitted through the wheels into the vehicle interior.
This means that when a vehicle is driven on a road, the vehicle shakes and vibrates. By using sensors that enable you to listen carefully to the shakes and vibrations, you can gain deep insights about the vehicle’s performance. You just have to listen!
This is what we base our business on. Listening to the vehicles when they drive on the roads, to develop software solutions enhancing performance. We are RMBLStrip.
We are always looking for talented people who can help us grow. At this moment we do not have any open positions but this should not hold you back. Feel free to contact us and let us see if we can find a way forward!
